Pastor Sarah Omakwu is the Senior Pastor of Family Worship Centre, Abuja, a seasoned speaker and mother. She is the wife of Pastor Ina Omakwu of blessed memory. She has been a great source of inspiration to many.
Pastor Sarah co-founded Family Worship Centre with her late husband on the 11th of April 1993.
They started Family Worship Centre with only 47 members, but today, it has grown massively to over 8,000 regular worshipers and currently supports over 100 missionaries and mission agencies all across Nigeria.

Pastor Sarah Omakwu (Born July 31, 1962) has lived an examplary christian life for decades. Her ministry exists demonstrate God’s undying love to mankind.
To encourage and challenge individuals to be Christ-like here on earth, serve humanity with their gifts, resources, and to commit their lives and time to serving God.
Ministry Goal
Pastor Sarah holds onto a firm belief that the gospel of Jesus should be ‘good news’ to the weak and vulnerable.
And Family Worship Centre’s large-scale support to widows, orphans, prisoners and people displaced by sectarian strife, has been progressing.
Career
Pastor Sarah is an educationalist, a season speaker, a sought after speaker in seminars, she has been invited to minister both on locally and internationally stages.
Her radio program Moving Forward with Pastor Sarah reaches millions across Nigeria monthly.
Achievements
Pastor Sarah Omakwu is also a veteran in other fields of life aside being a pastor. She has served as the Chief Operation Officer of Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Int’l, Anglophone West Africa Headquarters, and National Director of Counseling – World Reach Nigeria, the ministry arm of CBN Int’l.
She became the President of Family Ministries International and Senior Pastor Family Worship Centre after the home calling of her husband in 2003, being anointed by Dr. Creflo A. Dollar.
